Custom Products

Refunds are not allowed on custom products. Custom products include any items that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications.

Process for Returns

  2. Return Authorization: After contacting us, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included with your returned item.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
